Mandarin Oranges, 2 Large Cans
Orange Gelatin, 1 Package (3 Ounces)
Vanilla Pudding, 1 Package (3.4 Ounces)
Foodland Orange Sponge Cake, 1 Cake
Cool Whip, As Needed

- 2 large cans mandarin oranges
- 1 package (3 oz) orange gelatin
- 1 package (3.4 oz) vanilla pudding
- 1 Foodland's Orange Sponge Cake, cubed
- As needed Cool Whip, thawed
Directions
- Get a cup of liquid from the mandarin oranges. Microwave and bring to a boil.
- Add in the orange gelatin and stir until dissolved.
- Cool the gelatin mixture until just warm.
- Place thawed cool whip into a mixing bowl, add vanilla pudding and combine until well incorporated with a whisk.
- Add cooled gelatin mixture to pudding mixture and whisk to incorporate until no longer lumpy.
- In a 3-quart serving bowl, place a tight layer of cubed sponge cake.
- Add onto the top of the cake cubes the orange mixture.
- Spread a thin layer of cool whip.
- Next, add a layer of mandarin oranges.
- Repeat the steps in the same order.
- Place inside the fridge to set for at least 2 hours before serving.
